The new year kicks off with:

Personal Training Information Session
Monday, January  7 at 9:30 am.
Get more out of your workout and reach your fitness goals faster with a City of Coquitlam personal trainer. Discover what a personal trainer can do for you, and how to get started so you can develop a fitness program tailored to your schedule and abilities.

Try something new and if you like it you can register for the class.
All classes are free, however, pre-registration is requested.

Bollywood Dance - Monday, January 7
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
A fusion of energetic and elegant Indian dance styles combined with modern dance styles.

Belly Dance- Wednesday Jan 9 & Thursday Jan 10
Jan 9 - 1 pm - 2 pm
Jan 10   6 pm - 7 pm
Increase your core balance and flexibility, tone your abs and improve posture.

Essentrics Forever Painless- Monday, January 14
11:00 am - 12 noon
A combination of Tai-Chi and Ballet, based on the healing principles of physiotherapy .

Chair Yoga  - Wednesday January 16
9:15 am - 10:45 am
Poses are practiced sitting in a chair.
